Diamond Bank confirms resignation of several board members

Diamond Bank Plc, in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange, announced the resignation of several non-executive directors. They are

•  Mr. Oluseyi Bickersteth
•  Mr. Rotimi Oyekanmi
• Mrs. Juliet Anammah
•  Mrs. Aisha Oyebode

The bank also stated that the resignations were for personal reasons, and it would update the market with any further developments in due course.i
