Seplat Petroleum releases H1 2018 results

Seplat Petroleum Development Company has released its results for the period ended June 2018. Here is a highlight of the results

Revenue

Revenue increased from N40 billion in 2017 to N104 billion in 2018. This represents an increase of 160% year to year.

Profit Before Tax

The company made a profit before tax of N37 billion in 2018 as against a loss of N8 billion in the comparative period of 2017.

Profit After tax

Seplat made a Profit Ater Tax of N14.8 billion in 2018 as against a loss after tax of N8.4 billion in 2017.

Current Share Price

Seplat closed at N625 in Friday’s trading session on the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
