Beta Glass PLC has announced the resignation of two of its directors: Mr. Olaolu Akerele and Chief Christopher Aviele. The resignations take effect from 28th March 2018.

While Chief Christopher Aviele was a director in the company from September 28, 2010, until March 28, 2018, Mr. Olaolu Akerele was also a director from March 17, 2016, till March 28, 2018.

The company also announced the appointment of Ms. Fumilola Adefope as Non-Executive Director.

Profile of the new Non-executive Director.

Ms. Funmilola Adefope is a graduate of Fine Arts (B.A) from the University of Reading, United Kingdom.
Prior to her new appointment, she was the General Manager Business travels Management Ltd. She manages the company both in Nigeria and Angola with registered entities in UK and UAE.
Adefope is a certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Auditor and maintains an excellent relationship with the Standards Organization of Nigeria SON.
