Alert: Seplat Petroleum Announces Closed Period

In a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) yesterday, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc announced the commencement of a closed period between the 29th of January 2017 to the 30th of March 2017. This is in view of the impending release of its 2016 Full Year results. During this period, insiders and other concerned parties are not expected to trade in the company’s shares.
