The Central Bank of Nigeria Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) has concluded its first meeting for 2017. The MPC agreed to leave MPR at 14% and also left CRR at 22.5% and liquidity ratio at 30%.
Here is a breakdown of the decision taken.
(i) Retain the MPR at 14 per cent;
(ii) Retain the CRR at 22.5 per cent;
Other News
(iii) Retain the Liquidity Ratio at 30.00 per cent; and
(iv) Retain the Asymmetric corridor at +200 and -500 basis points around the MPR
