CORPORATE ACTION: BOC Gases Announce New Appointment

BOC Gases has announced the appointment of Mr. Gabinus Enuborda Oriseh to its Board of Directors on November 20th, 2016.

Mr. Gabinus is a Chartered Accountant and is 71 years old.

He served in various administrative positions in BOC Gases Plc for many years until he retired in May 2001 as Director/Company Secretary.

He has been the company Secretary of BOC Nigeria Plc since August 1, 1985.
