CORPORATE ACTION: NAHCO Announce Resignation Of Chairman

The Board of Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc have announced that their Chairman, Seleiman Yahyah (OON) has resigned from the Board to attend to his failing health.

Mr. Denis Hasdenteufel would take over the leadership of the board in an acting capacity pending the approval of regulators and further announcements from stakeholders.
