    WHAT SORT OF PARTICIPANTS WERE EXPECTED AT AN OPEN MALLS IN CHINA? GOVERNOR FAYOSE SHOULD LOOK INTO THE POSSIBILITY OF MEETING REPUTABLE BUSINESS PARTNERS ELSEWHERE NOT IN A PUBLIC MALL!
