Vitafoam Recommends Dividend of N245,700,000 For Shareholders

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc, has recommended a dividend of N245,700,000, representing 25 kobo per share for the year ended 30th september 2015.

The dividend is subject to shareholders approval and withholding tax. If approved at the Annual General Meeting, the dividend will be paid on 14th March, 2016 to members whose names appear in the register of members at the close of business on Friday 12th February, 2016.
