Udo Udoma, Enelamah Both Resign From Board Of UAC

UAC of Nigeria has informed the Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation of two of its board members Senator Udo Udoma and Dr Okey Enelamah. Their resignation from the board of UAC follows their recent appointments as Ministers in President Buhari’s cabinet.

Senator Udo Udoma was appointed the Minister for Budget and Planning while Dr Okey Enelamah was appointed Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment.

Senator Udo Udoma was the board chairman of the company and Dr Enelamah a non executive director. They have now both been replaced by Mr Daniel Agbor and Dr Okechukwu John Mbonu as Chairman and non Executive Director respectively.
