The Central Bank has released its updated list of CONFIRMED BUREAUX DE CHANGE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE NEW REQUIREMENTS FOR THE OPERATION OF BDCs IN NIGERIA. It is therefore expected that these are the BDCs legally licensed to sell or buy forex. You can get the full list here
