- Builders of the Falomo Shopping Mall,Ikoyi have announced that work will resume at the project site before the year runs out.
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Afriland Properties (formerly UBA Properties) Mr Mutiu Bakare made this statement in Lagos on Tuesday.
- He said high level talks are on between his company and Lagos State Government based on renegotiation of terms.
- You may recall that last August, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode of Lagos, revoked the concession granted by the Lagos State Development and Property Corporation, LSDPC, to Afriland Properties for the redevelopment of the Falomo Shopping Centre, Ikoyi.
