[OFFICIAL] This is the CBN Guidelines for Diaspora BVN Registration

The Central Bank of Nigeria has released an official circular detailing how Nigerian Bank customers in Diaspora can register for the BVN Exercise. Before now, Framework for registration of BVN only covered depositors resident in Nigeria but excluded bank customers living in Diaspora who owned bank accounts in Nigeria.
