- In continuation of the restructuring exercise going on at the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), the newly appointed Group Managing Director, Dr. Emmanuel Ibe Kachikwu, has sacked the Managing Director of the Petroleum Products Marketing Company (PPMC), Prince Haruna Momoh.
- This brings to nine the number of top management staff of the corporation that have been fired in the last forty-eight hours.
- Before Momoh’s appointment as the Managing Director of the company in 2011, he had a stint as Group General Manager and Senior Technical Assistant to the Hon. Minister of Petroleum resources.
