Reports suggest First Bank has been sending messages to its depositors and debit card holders that it has now reduced the daily spend limits on POS and ATM when you use the FirstBank Naira MasterCard in the USA.

This could be related to the measures taken by the CBN to stem speculation on the Naira or reduce the pressure on the forex reserve due to high discretionary spending. Whatever the case is, things are indeed getting tighter for travellers.
