2014 H1: Dangote Cement Post N107billion Pre-tax Profits

Dangote Cement Plc released its 2014 Half year results showing revenue grew 5.3% to N208.9billion compared to N198billion a year earlier. Pre-tax profits however came in flat at N107billion the first time this has happened since I started tracking Dangote Cement half year results. Pre-tax profits jumped over 50% at the end of June 2013. However, it has essentially remained flat this year as same lack of growth was reported in Q1 2013.

The share price was trading at N231.95 and up 2% at the time this article was written.
