2014 H1: Ecobank Reports 28% Rise In Pre-tax Profits

Ecobank Plc released its 2014 H1 results showing a net interest income of N87.8billion compared to N82.8billion same period 2013. Loan losses in the period under review rose to N14.2billion compared to N11.9billion posted same period 2013. Pre-tax profits rose 27.6% to N41.6billion compared to the N32.6billion posted a year earlier.
