Here Are Three Critical “Challenges” Facing Transmission Company Of Nigeria

The Management of the Transmission company welcomed the members of the Senate Committee on privatisation. They informed the committee of plans to invest about $8b in new transmission lines. As expected they commented on challenges they currently face which in no small measure is affecting the transmission of power supply. Remarkaby they included the following as part of the challenges faced by the company;

1. Poor office accommodation
2.Lack of safety facilities
3. and lack of training for the technical staff.

Make no mistakes about it, these are all big issues.
