Official: ABC Plc WIll Proposes 6kobo Dps &1 for 10 Bonus…Register Closing in August

The following release was made by ABC Transport Plc detailing payment of dividends for year ended December 2013.

Proposed Dividend – 6 kobo per ordinary share

Proposed Bonus – 1bonus share to 10 Existing shares 

Closure Date – 11th August -15th August

AGM Date Payment Date – 12th September, 2014

AGM Venue – Mayfair Suites and Conference Center Egbu Road Owerri Imo State at 11.00 a.m. 

Let’s see if the shareholders will approve come 12th September. I wonder why we have to wait till after September to get the dividends?
