A study conducted by EY,  a global business and financial advisory firm has shown that Nigerians make use of the ATM machines the most in the world. The chart above shows 76% of Nigerians use ATM the most for their banking transactions as against the global average of 58%. 56% of Nigerians conduct banking transactions through bank branches and 35% only using online banking. The research also touches on other issues such as customer experience, trust and services etc.
