The graph above depicts activity of mutual fund in tech deala in the US in the last 6 years. As you can see Mutual funds seem to be spending more in private placements rather than in IPO’s their risk territory.

It appears they have observed there is a huge upside to investing in tech companies at the venture capital stages and probably rate the inherent risk lower for them to be investing. Is this another tech bubble incubating?
