Official: Julius Berger Propose N2.7 Final Dividend, Appoint New Auditors

The board of directors of Julius Berger met March 19, 2014 and approved their audited accounts for the year ended December 31, 2013. The board also approved its 44th AGM for Thursday 19 June 2014 and will take place at the Shehu Musa Yaradua center Abuja.

The board approved a final dividend payment of N2.7o kobo per share and will be paid June 20th 2014. The marked down date for the dividend payment is June 2 2014.

Julius Berger also approved a change of its Auditors approving Messrs Nexia -Abe Agbo & Co as its new auditors. Deloitte were their former auditors.
