ASL Declare Dividend of 12kobo Per Share For FY 2013

Airline Services & Logistics Plc has notified The Nigerian Stock Exchange of the resignation of Mr. Alfred Rigler as a director of the Company. The notice of resignation was presented to the Board of Directors of the Company and accepted at its meeting held on Friday, March 21, 2014.

At the same meeting, the Board resolved to declare a dividend of 12 kobo per share for the 2013 financial year and scheduled the Company’s Annual General Meeting to hold on 12th June 2014 at 12 noon at the Golden Tulip Hotel, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos.
