Forte Oil Lost N5.7billion In Trading But See Which Bank Lost N7.8billion In Value

The Nigerian Stock Exchange Closed lower today losing  0.63% or 236.21 points to close at 37,514.55 Leading the Gainers chart was Nigerian Breweries which ironically was yesterdays loss leader. Forte Oil which has been on a rise recently lost N5.33 or N5.7billion off its market cap and was the top loser for the day. Zenith Bank also lost 25kobo or N7.8billion in market cap and lead the banks and large cap companies in losses today.

Other notable gainers were WAPCO & GSK while the likes of NASCON and UBA also saw reductions in their values. See the table below;
