UAC of Nigeria Plc (UACN) and Africa Prudential Registrars Plc (APR) jointly notified The Exchange that they have received a “No Objection” from the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) in respect of APR’s acquisition of 100% of shares of UAC Registrars Limited, a subsidiary of UACN. By virtue of the above, the acquisition has now been completed.
