Wapic Insurance Plc has opened the rights issue of 6.35 billion ordinary shares of the company’s stocks to existing shareholders.
The offer, valued at N3.51bn and on the basis of eight new ordinary shares for every 10 ordinary shares of 50 kobo each, opened on Monday. It is scheduled to close on July 5, 2013.
