CAP Plc Board of Directors have approved a 1 for 4 bonus issue and will be approved on their AGM date set for 24th June 2013. Also recomended is a 70kobo dividend pay out.

UAC Plc on the other hand is recomending a 1 for 5 bonus issue and recomended a N1.60 dividend payout. AGM date is fixed for 26th June 2013.
