Scooped this from Guardian Page 2. Lekki Gardens is currently offering 10% discount for outright payment for apartments provided you pay on or before June 12 2013. So, instead of paying N10million for the one bedroom apartment you pay N9million and instead of paying N25million for the 4bedroom apartment you pay N2.5million. Not a bad deal right.
