At the 34th Annual General Meeting of Zenith Bank Plc, the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dame Dr. Adaora Umeoji, OON, delivered a strong message of confidence and commitment to shareholders, emphasizing the bank’s readiness to deliver higher and more sustainable dividends in the years ahead.
Zenith Bank has paid N109.9 billion in final dividend for the financial year (FY) 2023, representing a payment of N3.50 per ordinary share. The figure marks a 21% increase from N91 billion paid in final dividend for FY 2022.
Shareholders have lauded Zenith Bank Plc for its dividend payout after the tier-1 lender declared a final dividend of 280 kobo for FY 2018.
