Justice I.O. Ijelu of the Lagos State High Court, sitting in Ikeja, has convicted and sentenced Oluremi Phillips, the CEO of Omritas Energy Limited, to 17 years' imprisonment for failing to supply Automotive Gas Oil (AGO) worth N57,690,000 despite receiving payment.
