Governor of Delta state, Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved the immediate release of N10 billion to settle outstanding pension arrears owed to retirees in the state. 
The Delta State Government has approved the transfer of its General Hospital in Otor-Udu to the Federal Ministry of Health for the establishment of a Federal Medical Centre (FMC) in Ovwian, Udu Local Government Area.

The Delta State Government has approved the submission of a proposed budget of N936 billion for the 2025 fiscal year to the State House of Assembly for review and deliberation.
