SHELTER AFRIQUE DEVELOPMENT BANK
The Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has forged a landmark partnership with Shelter Afrique Development Bank (ShafDB) to construct 5,000 housing units under the Renewed Hope Housing Programme.
The Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) has set ambitious targets to deliver 5,000 new homes annually, largely through the Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Programme, and disburse 20,000 mortgage loans each year, necessitating quicker turnaround times and improved customer service.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Arc. Ahmed Musa Dangiwa, has been unanimously elected as the inaugural Chairperson of the Financial Caucus of African Ministers of Housing and Urban Development.
