The Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, Mele Kyari, has revealed that the Port Harcourt refinery will commence operations within the next 2 weeks.
The rehabilitation exercise comes 19 years after the last Turn Around Maintenance (TAM) exercise.
