NIGERIAN OIL AND GAS COMPANIES

An analysis of results of Nigeria’s publicly leading oil and gas companies reveal they earned a whopping sum of N1.031 trillion as revenue in the nine months that ended September 2022, outpacing their earnings (N776.939 billion) in the corresponding period in 2021. 
Latest figures obtained from the NNPC has shown that it  spent over 1,174 percent in subsidizing Premium Motor Spirit
Exxon's proposed divestments will include stakes in both onshore and offshore fields.
The company's major shareholder owns about 85% of the shares, leaving the rest with a paltry 15% and an almost non-existent liquidity.
