The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) Limited has signed a significant deal with a North American firm, Golar LNG, to float Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) offshore in Niger Delta region.
Golar LNG said it signed heads of terms with Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation for the joint development of gas fields using floating liquefied natural gas.
Golar LNG has confirmed that it is in talks with Nigerian authorities about establishing a power project.
