ESIRS says 99% of Enugu informal sector evades taxes, defends legality of state levies

The Chairman of Enugu State Internal Revenue Service (ESIRS), Mr Emmanuel Nnamani, says that 99 per cent of the informal sector in the state does not remit taxes to government coffers.
