ELECTRICITY DISTRIBUTION

Egypt spends $39 billion between 2014-2019 for a population of around 109 million to double its electricity output to about 60,000 MW. Nigeria might spend $100 billion as the minimum within the same timeframe or more to provide constant electricity and increase access to almost 100 per cent for a population of over 200 million.
The need for reliable power supply has risen with the coming of COVID-19 and the need to work remotely.
