IHS Holdings Limited announced yesterday that it had signed an agreement to acquire Cell Site Solutions, otherwise known as CSS. The acquisition guarantees HIS Holdings' 100% ownership in the Brazilian infrastructure solutions provider, which has its headquarters in São Paulo.
