Shareholders of Vitafoam Plc have approved the dividend of N1.9 billion recommended by the company’s board of directors for the 2022 financial year.
The approval was in compliance a recent adjustment to the law regulating companies in the country.
Vitafoam Nigeria Plc posts improved profit and is set to pay a dividend of N525 million for the year ended September 30 2019.
