The Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Environment and Water Resources, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lafarge Africa PLC to use non-recyclable combustible waste as an alternative fuel.
The attitude of the world towards the possible extinction or replacement of fossil fuels should not be one of fear but one of understanding, acceptance and proactive action.
